Lin Crase is Professor of Applied Economics and Executive Director of the Albury-Wodonga campus at La Trobe University. He has spent the past 15 years examining water policy and its implications for resource management. He has written and edited three books and published over 60 scholarly journal papers in this area. His work has covered the difficult public policy dilemmas associated with water allocation in Australia and India.
