Our structure and committees

VCCCAR's governing structure comprises of an Advisory Board and an Implementation Committee.

The Advisory Board is made up of an independent Chair, senior members from our partner universities, the Director of the National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility (NCCARF) and CSIRO. The Advisory Board oversees VCCCAR, provides guidance and strategic direction.

The Implementation Committee includes members from our partner universities and oversees the development and operational aspects of VCCCAR funded research activities.

A Government Project Reference Group reviews progress on projects and provides feedback to research project leaders.
